Jan 2009:  The video below is a compliation of photos taken during an event in Ramadi recently, where Capt Shaw and his Marines took it upon themselves to request assistance for the East Ramadi Widows & Orphans project. Some OTY volunteers underwrote the costs for food and other items to assist in this worthwhile project.

Dec 2008:  This video is a compliation of photos of Local Troops to whom we've sent packages. We hope you enjoy the piece.
Nov 2009:  This video below is a compliation of photos taken by Pam Swarner and put together into a meaningful tribute to local Fallen Heroes, Local Veterans, includes events that OTY has been involved with, and some great historical photos. Pam put together a seamlessly beautiful and heart tugging presentation to the song "A Pittance of Time".
This is just a video that we've enjoyed and has been passed around the internet for a few years now.  It's just a neat presentation by the Ford Motor Company.  Enjoy!

There's a lot of clever folks out there making videos and slideshow presentations. These are some we thought you might enjoy. If any don't work, please let the webmaster know and we'll delete them - thanks! Many require your speakers on to get the whole effect......

This is a beautiful and moving video depicting an entire town's Welcome Home for their heroes returning from Iraq. Everyone deserves this kind of homecoming! Kearney, Nebraska has loads of class!

Proud of our military - their sacrifices detailed here

This video was done by Local Hero SPC Ryan McCollum of Kennewick, during his current deployment in Afghanistan. We thought we'd feature his Holiday Greetings to the folks back home, with his permission.

1Lt Luke Randall -  A Co 161 Joint Base Balad, Iraq sent us this video of some still photos and video of the men in his unit on December 24, 2008. There are several still shots of troops, plus what appears to be a promotion ceremony, and of the troops receiving the boxes that Operation Thank You sent them for Christmas. There is also a video of them playing ball. Looks like they enjoyed their Christmas Eve.
